Here you will find our Encyclopedia of MMA Terminology. It has been compiled from studying various text books, utilising the internet and from personal experiences. The reason for its inclusion within MMA Prospects UK is due to the fact that a lot of the terminology used within MMA by the fighters and commentators is not something you would hear in everyday life and as such we believed that a source detailing its meaning and significance was important and would prove useful to newcomers to the sport, for both fans and fighters alike.
