He began to practise Aikido back in 1957 and has studied under some great Masters as well as being the Assistant National Coach in Aikido for a number of years. It was Henry Ellis that handed the UK1MMA light heavyweight title belt to Nick 'The Headhunter' Chapman in July 2011.
