Many people have punch bags hanging in their spare room or garage but aren't really sure how to use them effectively. This video is the beginning of a short series we will be showing on how to use your bag to work on conditioning and improving your boxing drills.
This first instructional video is a great boxing workout on the heavy bag that is good for your cardio and improving fitness, as well as sharpening up your boxing skills. This works well if you are training with someone else as you can incorporate it into work and rest stations, alternating the drills with some bodyweight resistance exercises like sit-ups, squats and press-ups.
